We’re unable to make amendments (this includes changing items in the order, the delivery option, delivery address, or payment method), but we may be able to cancel your order in full. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer an exchange service. If you require a different size or colour, you may return the original item (subject to our Returns & Refund Policy) and place a new order separately.

Yes, you are responsible for return postage and shipping costs. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for further details. In the unlikely event that the item is delivered to you faulty, LOST WILL shall cover the return shipping costs, if this is the case then please email our customer support team at orders@lost-will.com.

No, LOST WILL is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government outside of the U.K. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

We try to focus on releasing new and improved pieces rather than restocking older items. However, on certain occasions, items will be able for pre-order and may even be restocked. We recommend signing up to our mailing list and following our social media channels for the latest updates.
